His birth certificate may read "Joseph Guzzardi," but to his customers and staff, he is just Joe. The amiable co-owner of Joe's Pasta House grew fond of cooking after learning family recipes from his grandma, and incorporates many of her techniques into his cuisine (along with suggestions from co-owner & wife, Kassie). This "traditional Italian-American" pasta palace has some tricks up its sleeve, like the lauded Southwestern Chicken Fettuccini (with Hatch green chile, of course).
